Terms & Policies

Enrolment & Participation

By enrolling in any program with Liquid Living Swim School, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
 

All classes are designed for adults (18+) and are conducted in a supportive, small-group environment.

Payments

  • All classes must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon payment.

  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Fees are generally non-refundable once a term or program has commenced.

  • Refunds or credits may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Liquid Living Swim School.

  • If a class is cancelled by us (e.g. pool closure or instructor unavailability), a make-up class or credit will be offered.

Makeup Classes

  • A maximum of three (3) make-up classes per term may be offered.

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to qualify for a make-up lesson.

  • Make-up lessons are subject to availability and must be used within the same term where possible.

  • Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are not transferable.

Attendance & Lateness

  • Participants are encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes early, and be ready at commencement of class to maximise their lesson.

  • Late arrivals may not receive additional time.

  • Missed classes without notice are not eligible for make-up classes.

Health, Safety & Participation Requirements

Your safety and wellbeing are our priority.
 

By participating, you agree to:
 

  • Follow all instructions provided by the instructor at all times

  • Behave in a respectful and safe manner within the aquatic environment

  • Comply with all venue rules and guidelines
     

Liquid Living Swim School reserves the right to refuse participation if a person’s behaviour or condition is considered unsafe for themselves, or for others.

Medical Disclosure

Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to commencing classes, including but not limited to:
 

  • Asthma

  • Heart conditions

  • Epilepsy

  • Injuries or physical limitations

  • Pregnancy

  • Anxiety or water-related trauma
     

By enrolling, you confirm that:
 

  • You are medically fit to participate in swimming lessons, or

  • You have sought appropriate medical advice prior to participation
     

You agree to inform us of any changes to your health that may affect your participation.

Assumption of Risk

Swimming and aquatic activities involve inherent risks.

By participating, you acknowledge that:
 

  • You understand the nature of these activities

  • You voluntarily accept the risks associated with participation
     

Liquid Living Swim School takes all reasonable steps to provide a safe learning environment.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:
 

  • Liquid Living Swim School is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by negligence

  • Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings

Photography & Media

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
 

  • Consent will be requested where required

  • You may opt out at any time by notifying us

Changes to Schedule

We reserve the right to:
 

  • Adjust class times

  • Change instructors

  • Modify programs where necessary
     

Notice will be provided wherever possible.

Agreement

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
